Our team, with over 30 years of auction experience, will handle everything from sourcing items, setting up the auction items, managing the bidding process to closing out the auction and taking payments from your winning bidders, leaving you more time to spend cultivating relationships with your guests and sponsors.

There is no cost to our clients and we facilitate the auction.

All items and on-site services are provided by us and our clients are not responsible for any items that do not sell.

As a donation, our clients will receive a generous percentage of the minimum bid for any auction item that sells. Additionally, for any items that receive bids above the minimum, our clients will receive a vast majority of that additional profit. Communicate with your A-Town Authentics representative for specific details.

Our clients may add donated items to the auction and provide a minimum bid value. 100% of all proceeds raised from these items go to our client, outside of any associated credit card processing fees.

A report outlining all transactions is provided to our clients within a few days from the event closing and all payments having been received for sold items.

Upon confirmation from our client, payment by check or other preferred method will be provided in a timely manner to the charity or event organizer.

With the passage of time, the team welcomed Charles Smith, whose arrival marked a significant milestone. Charles swiftly became an invaluable asset, contributing his expertise in sales and event management, becoming a steadfast presence in A-Town Authentics operations ever since. Three years ago Courtnie Crafts joined the team, bringing her administrative prowess to the fore, ensuring the seamless flow of our operations.
